Unacceptable Customer Conduct

To ensure a safe and professional environment, certain customer actions are deemed unacceptable and may violate our Terms and Conditions. These include:

  1. Non-Payment or Fraudulent Transactions: Failing to pay for services, using stolen payment methods, or initiating chargebacks without attempting resolution.
  2. Misrepresentation: Providing false information about equipment, ownership, or submitting fraudulent warranty claims.
  3. Abuse of Services: Repeatedly canceling appointments without notice or attempting to bypass standard procedures.
  4. Harassment or Disrespect: Using abusive language or disrupting business operations.
  5. Unauthorized Use of Content or Branding: Copying company materials or misrepresenting affiliation.
  6. Tampering with Equipment or Service Outcomes: Altering equipment to claim faulty workmanship or refusing recommended repairs while demanding warranty coverage.
  7. Violation of Site or Platform Rules: Attempting to hack or overload our website or systems.

Violations may result in service suspension, refusal of future business, or legal action.

Guarantees and Warranties

Maximum Machine Works, Inc. stands behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Here's what we guarantee:

  1. Workmanship Guarantee: All repairs and custom machining services are backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. We'll correct any service-related issues within this period at no additional cost.
  2. Parts Warranty: OEM parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 90 days to 1 year). We'll facilitate claims, but coverage terms are set by the manufacturer.
  3. Satisfaction Commitment: We aim for precision and reliability. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right, within reason.

Limitations & Exclusions include normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, and improper use.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

We value your time and trust. Here's how we handle changes, cancellations, and refunds:

  1. Cancellations:
    • Service Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
    • Custom Orders: Orders canceled after production begins may be subject to a partial charge.
  2. Refunds:
    • Repair Services: We'll re-inspect and correct issues within our guarantee period at no charge. Refunds are considered if we’re unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disagreements with respect and transparency. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open dialogue and a commitment to craftsmanship.
